Mr. Hrishikesh A. Mafatlal

Executive Chairman

As the Executive Chairman and promoter director of NOCIL, Mr. Hrishikesh A. Mafatlal brings visionary leadership to our organization. Additionally, he holds the position of Chairman at the Arvind Mafatlal Group (AMG). A distinguished academic, Mr. Mafatlal earned an honors degree in commerce from Mumbai’s Sydenham College in 1975. Complementing his educational background, he further honed his skills by completing the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at Harvard Business School in the United States in 1993.

Beyond his roles at NOCIL, Mr. Mafatlal served on the Board of Governors of IIM Ahmedabad for 12 years (1995–2007) and held the position of Vice Chairman at the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL). His multifaceted contributions reflect a commitment to excellence and leadership within both our company and the broader industry landscape.

Mr. Anand V. S.

Managing Director

Mr. Anand V.S. has been appointed as Managing Director w.e.f 1^st August, 2023.

Mr. Anand holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from MDI Gurgaon. Mr. Anand has over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry in the areas of business management, sales and marketing, strategy and operations. He has worked across multiple divisions of BASF, within and outside India. Prior to joining NOCIL, Mr. Anand was the Managing Director of Chemetall India (a BASF Group Company).

Mr. P. Srinivasan

President – Finance & CFO

With an illustrious career spanning over 36 years, Mr. P. Srinivasan brings a wealth of financial expertise to his role as President – Finance & Chief Financial Officer. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has been an integral part of our company for over 19 years, contributing significantly to our financial leadership and strategic direction.

Mr. Prasanna Pandit

President – Operations & Technical

Mr. Prasanna Pandit has been appointed as President – Operations & Technical  w.e.f  1^st April, 2024.

Prasanna holds a B-Tech- Chemical Engineering graduation degree from LIT, Nagpur and Post Graduation Diploma in Operations Management from National Open University, India. He has also been awarded the Acharya PC Ray award from Indigenous Technology Development (Govt. of India) and the Frost & Sullivan Award for Operations Excellence.

Prasanna comes with a diverse domestic and international experience of over 32 years with both global and Indian companies spread across Asia-Pacific, China and Europe. He has successfully managed operations of large multi-location chemical sites and directed large greenfield/ brownfield project across all the stage gates. He has a proven track record of driving both the top line and bottom-line performance across manufacturing operations, supply chain, projects, R&D, technical services, HSE and statutory compliance. He is also equally focused in enabling talent and capability development and growing future leaders.
Prior to joining NOCIL, he has worked in various senior leadership roles with organization like shell, Reliance Industries Limited, Herdillia Chemicals based in location within (Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore) and outside India (China, Netherlands, Malaysia). His last assignment was with Gujarat Fluorochemicals LTD. (GFL)as the President Manufacturing and Operations.

Mr. Rajendra Desai

Vice President (Operations & Admin) & Chief Risk Officer

With over 40 years of dedicated service, Mr. Rajendra Desai is the Vice President (Operations & Admin) and Chief Risk Officer at NOCIL. Holding a Chemical Engineering degree from ICT, Mumbai  with a Diploma in Management Studies, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role.

Mr. Desai’s longstanding association with the company has played a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing operational and administrative functions. His multifaceted contributions significantly contribute to the efficiency and risk management of the organization.

Dr. Narendra Gangal

VP – QA, TQM, and Analytical Research

Dr. Narendra Gangal serves as the Vice President (QA, TQM, and Analytical Research) at NOCIL, bringing a wealth of expertise to his role. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry and 32 years of experience, he is a distinguished professional in his field.

Dr. Gangal has been associated with the company for nearly 16 years, contributing significantly to the areas of Quality Assurance, Total Quality Management, and Analytical Research. His dedication and extensive knowledge play a vital role in ensuring the high standards and quality of NOCIL’s products.

Mr. Ashwinkumar Bhende

VP – Process Engineering, Technology & Projects

Bringing a wealth of experience to his role, Mr. Ashwinkumar Bhende serves as the Vice President (Process Engineering, Technology & Projects) at NOCIL. A Chemical Technologist from ICT Mumbai with a Diploma in Management Studies, he has accumulated 33 years of expertise in his field.

Mr. Bhende’s association with the company spans over two decades, where he has played a crucial role in shaping and overseeing process engineering, technology, and projects. His dedicated contributions significantly contribute to the organization’s technological advancements and project successes. He has played a key role in the development of grass root project at our Dahej site for the capacity expansion of rubber chemicals.

Mr. Milind Shevte

VP – Marketing

As the Vice President (Marketing) at NOCIL, Mr. Milind Shevte brings extensive expertise to his role. Holding a B.E. in Chemical Engineering and a Diploma in General Management, he has accumulated 29 years of valuable experience.

Mr. Shevte’s association with the company spans over 18 years, during which he has played a pivotal role in shaping and driving the marketing strategies of NOCIL. His dedicated contributions significantly contribute to the company’s success and growth in the market.

Mr. Amit Vyas

AVP – (Legal) and Company Secretary

With over 28 years of experience, Mr. Amit Vyas serves as the AVP (Legal) and Company Secretary at NOCIL. Holding the position of Company Secretary and Legal head, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Mr. Vyas has been associated with the company for over 4 years, during which he has played a crucial role in managing legal and secretarial matters. His dedicated contributions significantly contribute to the effective governance and compliance of the organization.

Ms. Kashmeera Prabhu

Head HR

Bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, Ms. Kashmeera Prabhu serves as the Head HR at NOCIL. Holding an MBA in HR, she has over 17 years of valuable experience.

Ms. Prabhu plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing human resources, ensuring an enabling work environment for all, and contributing to the overall organizational success. Her team’s dedicated efforts significantly contribute to the well-being and growth of the company’s workforce.
